Each session is 45 minutes in length and is meant to be an entree into key topics and areas of concern
for parents with emphasis on mindfulness and self awareness in our own parenting styles..

Each session offers strategies and approaches to improve how we communicate with our children,
manage/mismanage triggers & stressors, build gratitude and so much more. ​

  • ​Session 1: Conscious Communication
Identify and create awareness around how you communicate with your children. What language do you use?  How are you expressing yourself? How are you listening? Modeling positive behavior for our children is just one piece of the pie, it’s also how we are engaging them with our verbal & non-verbal communication. 
  • Session 2:  Stress and Triggers
Step by step guidance on managing your stress by identifying triggers and developing strategies to control and redirect your highly charged reactions. Get your ego out of the way and stop letting your buttons get pushed!
  • Session 3: Model & Teach Gratitude
START ENDING those attitudes of ENTITLEMENT and START building an attitude of GRATITUDE. Studies have shown that people who are grateful are considerably happier by 25% or more.  Implement strategies on how to model & teach gratitude to promote "what's right" instead of "what's wrong"
  • Session 4: Tools to Empower (part 1)
  Understand part 1 of my  “The Golden Rule” in parenting. Learn what my rule is and the different techniques + positive ways to empower and motivate your children towards cooperation and collaboration.
  • Session 5: Tools to solve Power Struggles (part 2)
Delve deeper into part 2 of my  “The Golden Rule” in parenting. This last session is focused on the "problem solving" techniques that will bring about your child's best behavior during those power struggles and tantrums. This final session is packed with even more "HOW TO" tools for your parenting tool kit.
